Bike
fits are designed as comprehensive assessment and bike fitting
sessions meant to serve both triathletes and cyclists. Each 2-hour
session is designed to work with the athlete to determine the
most appropriate fit delivering the maximum in power and comfort.
Each
session is designed to assess current fit, flexibility, fitness,
and equipment selection. Sessions begin with an intake questionnaire
to develop an understanding of current riding style, experience,
fitness, flexibility and strength training, goals, and injuries
or any
specific muscle imbalances or weaknesses.
Following
initial assessment we establish baseline measurements on your
current fit before assessing power output and pedalling efficiency.
With the results of this initial assessment we will make adjustments
as needed to your current fit, reassessing after each change to
ensure improvements in power and comfort. Our goal is to place
you on the bike in the most optimal and most efficienct posisiton
for your body's current biomechanics.
Following
the fit, reccomendations will be made for corrective flexibility
and strength development.
Note:
Currently all fits are for existing bikes only - we are unable
to provide specific measurements for a new bike or changes in
frame size.
