So
I have to tell you - I swam this morning and I have been really
working on what you showed me and it feels amazing. Honestly,
I feel like I have so much power in the water - more than I have
ever had before and that says alot because I have been swimming
pretty much my whole life!!!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
Coach's
Comment: After her top swim split at the Grand Columbian IM
we're expecting a strong showing at IM CDA in 2007.

Mark, Well, I just finished the Banzai and I’m stunned. I took
over a minute off of my previous best swim time (and two minutes
off of my average swim time). I finished 13th overall (not including
a relay team that beat me) and 2nd in my age group. I want to
thank you profusely for working with me and making this possible.
I am eager to continue to work over the off season and see how
much I can improve by next year.
Coach's
Comment: After only four swim lessons in as many weeks and
Shawn is on his way to a season of PR times.

I've been doing triathlons for over 20 years. After I became a masters athlete I decided I wanted to take it up a notch and become competitive in my age group. After a foray with one of those big impersonal online coaching services that left me over-trained and not a lot faster, I turned to Mark to give me what I was really looking for. I have now been with Mark for 2 years and am very happy to say that that I am much faster and healthier than I have ever been. I have achieved my goals-I made it to ITU Worlds last year and will be going in 2007 as well. In addition, this year I set PR's in 3 different distances. Mark provides programs that produce results that are also balanced with your other commitments (career/family). I'm looking forward to another great set of results next year!

The Grand Columbian was a few weeks back and it couldn't have
gone any better. My swim time was my best ever, the bike was challenging
but I cruised through it, and I felt fantastic on the run. I was
surprised at how strong and good I felt. I went in expecting to
do 6:00 - 6:30 and came in at 5:41. Thanks for your help and guidance,
it came down to pace and nutrition (which I practiced) and it
was an amazing experience....
....Now, of course, I am contemplating the iron distance.

By the way big thanks. I was thinking yesterday...... I first
started thinking about triathlons 15 years ago and with your help
I have been able to attain a lifetime achievement. I am not sure
I would ever have this experience, all the excitement, the joys,
the people I meet, had it not been for our interaction and your
training expertise, dedication, etc.
