Nutritional Evaluation
$75 Initial / $60 Follow-up
A 2-part service including a review of your personal and competitive
goals and current nutritional habits, including pre- / post- /
and in-training nutrition. Individual recommendations are then
based around your personal needs and periodized in sync with your
training periods, including race-day plans for your goal event(s).
Consultations
$60 / hour (1 hour minimum)
Available
for athletes wishing to receive review and recommendations on
current training program. Best for athletes currently self-coached
or wishing to review past year in planning for the 2006 training
season. Needs vary by athlete. All consultations will incur a
minimum 1-hour charge and be pro-rated by 15 minute increments
for time spent there-after.
Personal
Strength Program Design
$60 per 1-hour session / $250 for 5
High intensity sessions focus on individual strengthening, muscle
balance, and sport specific preparation in the gym. Potential
sessions include development of programs for CORE Training, Injury
Rehabilitation, and Muscle and Power Development. (Travel fees
may apply)
