The SwimSPEED(TM) System is a method of coaching and stroke development that focuses on working with swimmers to increase their swimming speed, efficiency, and comfort in the water.

Swimmers are taught how to apply the fundamental concepts of swimming to their swimming technique. The SwimSPEED(TM) System goes beyond teaching you how to complete a set of drills with a focus on developing a fast and efficient swim stroke that takes into account the individual biomechanics of each swimmer.

Our goal is to further the swimmers ability to feel the water, efficiently generate power in the water, and most importantly, swim fast through the water. The Freestyle Stroke Development Clinic helps swimmers who are struggling to achieve a breakthrough in their swimming performances or who are struggling to understand the technique of freestyle swimming.

The clinic is open to swimmers & triathletes of all abilities - beginner to advanced. We recommend that swimmers have been introduced to the fundamentals of swimming and have a modest starter of pool time to fully experience the benefits of the SwimSPEED(TM) Clinic.
