We are proud to announce a great opportunity for swimmers and triathletes in the Portland area to get the professional coaching and guidance with your swimming program – the SwimSPEED Freestyle Stroke Development Series.
Each SwimSPEED Freestyle Stroke Development Clinic will include the opportunity for swimmers to be videotaped underwater and will have the chance to identify the limiters of your stroke technique and begin to lay the foundational mechanics of needed to improving your abilities in the pool.
Additionally - clinic participants will be given a 4-week swimming program to use until the next clinic date, and in coordination with the series of group sessions. And finally, all series participants will have access to a unique set of training tools to support their progression through the program.
