Join SpeedSHOT | Racing & Coaching Head Coach Mark Kendall in the first part of a one-two punch guaranteed to improve your running speed and race performances this season. First, learn a proven methodology for strength training for the multisport athlete with a heavy focus on stability and strength work that will provide you the foundation and strength for breaking through your performance plateau. Participants will have 1.5 hrs of hands on and interactive instruction and walk out with a 4-week plan to follow at home or in the gym.
